Terms of Service

Banana Sandwich SMP is a community-run Minecraft Java Edition server. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the Banana Sandwich SMP owner and staff. We are not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Our community is 18+. You must be at least 18 to apply, to join our Minecraft server or Discord, and to buy anything from our store.

The server is whitelisted. You apply on our Discord, and staff decide who is accepted. We can remove anyone from the whitelist.

You agree to follow our server rules, the rules posted on our Discord, and the Minecraft End User License Agreement. Staff can warn, mute, kick or ban anyone who breaks them, in game and on Discord.

You agree not to:

• use hacked clients, cheats or exploits, or abuse bugs;
• harass, threaten or impersonate other players or staff;
• attack, overload or try to break into our servers, website or accounts;
• use someone else’s Minecraft or Discord account.

You sign in to bananasandwich.us with Discord. Only link a Minecraft account that is yours. You are responsible for what happens on your account, and we can suspend or remove website access if it is misused.

Our store sells ranks and perks for our server. Payments are processed by Stripe, and prices are in US dollars.

• Perks are applied automatically to the Minecraft username entered and verified at checkout. A gift goes to the username you enter for it.
• We stay non-pay-to-win: perks are cosmetic or convenience features and don’t give a gameplay advantage.
• Some perks may be temporarily unavailable while mods are updated, and staff can adjust or remove a perk if the server needs it.
• Purchases give you perks on our server only. They have no cash value and can’t be sold, traded or transferred.

Monthly ranks renew automatically every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time:

• with the Cancel subscription button on our store page (sign in with Discord), or
• through Stripe’s billing page, which emails a sign-in link to the address you used at checkout (also linked from the store page).

When you cancel, you won’t be charged again, and your perks stay until the end of the month you have already paid for.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If something you bought didn’t arrive, open a ticket on our Discord and we’ll fix it.

A refund, a chargeback or a payment dispute ends your access: the account is permanently banned from our Minecraft server and Discord. Please talk to us first.

If you are banned, your perks end with your access and purchases are not refunded. We cancel any active subscription so you are not charged again.

Each season starts on a new world, so builds and items from one season’s world don’t carry over to the next. We may archive old worlds, and we can change, pause or end features, events, mods or the server itself at any time.

You keep what you build. By playing, you let us use screenshots and videos of the server, including your builds, Minecraft username and skin, on our website, Discord and social media and in our ads. If you’d rather not be featured, tell staff and we’ll leave you out of future posts.

Anything you publish on the website, such as a staff bio or a color preset, can be shown publicly. We can remove it at any time.

We run Banana Sandwich as a community project and provide the server, Discord and website as they are. We don’t promise they will always be online or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost items, builds or progress, or for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we’ll announce important changes on our Discord. Using our services after a change means you accept the new terms.

Open a ticket on our Discord, or email bananasandwichsmp@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.
